School clean up and Beautification:
-Paint the flag pole and touch up the murals inside the school.
-Remove the grass from around the flagpole and put stamped concrete or pavers around it.  Suggestion during the meeting was to sell etched memorial pavers to help bring down the cost of this project.
-Remove the roses and bushes from the planter out front put in gravel and move the two picnic tables from the grass to the gravel area.
-Second reader board for above the Kindergarten doors so parents dropping off and picking up their children will be able to see upcoming events.
-Concrete curbing around the island flower be in the gront and around the playground equipment.
-Something new under the playground equipment that is larger and will not get inside of the kids shoes.  Suggestions during the meetings were large recycled tire bark, or a play court service put down.
-Put gravel in the North flowerbed to help cut down on weeds.
-Sign or Logo over the main entrance doors.  Suggestions during the meeting were to make stencils and paint the sign ourselves, and have it say Welcome to Butte View Elementary with the Huskie Pup mascot.
-Weed the flower beds

Suggestions were also made that we ask for help from the National Honor Society and the Boy Scouts with some of these projects so that those involved could get some of their community service hours.
