The purpose of Poison Prevention Week is to raise awareness within our homes and communities of the dangers of unintentional poisonings.

Utilize this week as an opportunity to make sure your home is safe-check your home to be sure all chemicals and medications are out of the reach of children. Children are naturally curious and they like to explore and experiment-chemicals and medications within a child's reach can lead to an unintentional poisoning.
